Barbara Jane Heckelman, 67, passed away in Ohio on November 28, 2006. She was born in Carlos City, Indiana on November 29, 1939 to Glen and Thelma Miller. She was married to Paul Heckelman and they made their home in North Ridgeville, Ohio. In addition to her husband Paul, she is survived by her son Ronald Flynn (wife Virginia); sisters Sarah Miller of New Bern, North Carolina, and Margret Swim of New Castle, Indiana; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Glenn E. Miller, Eleanor R. Pratt, John P. Miller, and Alice C. Payne.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 6944 E. 46th St in Indianapolis, at 11:00, with visitation one hour prior to the Mass. She will be laid to rest in the mausoleum at Washington Park East following the service.
