Carrie Mildred Lutz Dicks87, passed away October 25, 2004 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis. She was born June 21, 1907 in Boonville, IN. to Leonard Lutz and Clara Alice Kissel Lutz. She is the widow of Floyd Dale Dicks, who preceded her in death in 1988. Mr. & Mrs. Dicks worked together in Dicks Brothers Furniture Store. She was a volunteer for Methodist Hospital White Cross Guild in the early 1960’s. She was a member of Chi Phi Gamma Sorority. She helped create and worked in the Allisonville Christian Church pre-school to which she was a member from 1966 to 2000.She is survived by two children, Marilyn Dicks and June Redelman, sisters, Lois Spradley and Janice Raibley; three grandchildren, Jonelle, Jenna, and Jared Redelman Services will be held Friday, October 29, 2004 at 11:00 AM in the Harry Moore Family Mortuaries, 8151 Allisonville Road, with visitation, Thursday, October 28 from 4 to 8 PM. Burial is at Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Red Cross.
