Mr. Kunce received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Indiana State. He served in the US Navy from 1950 to 1954. He retired from South Bend Community School. Contributions may be made to St. Vincent Hospice. Survivors include wife Marilyn Lampson Kunce; daughters Pam Mihankhah, Jenny Martens, Laura Miedema; sister Doris Asper; sisters-in-law Janis Skudlarick, Elaine Lovan, Harlene Lewis, seven grandchildren.
