Girls School Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. Her funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. at the church, followed by a brief graveside service at Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, IN.She was born on Christmas day, 1926 in Portland, Tennessee to Hayes & Nettie Hinson. she passed away on Feb. 5, 2004. "Tootsie", as she was called, was a caring, compassionate woman who took great care of her children and family when she wasn’t working as a nursing aide at many nursing homes.She is survived by her sonsMichael Martin of Crawfordsville, Richard Martin of Indianapolis, Marshall Martin of Danville…and her daughters Beverly Barton of Phoenix, Barbara Coleman, Paula Hunley, and Teresa Cross of Indianapolis.
