Rathmussen, Las Vegas, NV; Sandra Jean Souriall, Ferndale, WA; and Brenda Zook-Kline also of Ferndale, WA. He is also survived by 3 brothers; Elbert, John and Kenneth Zook, 4 sisters; Judy Thorne, Doris Moore, Madonna Gilpin and Betty Crippen. 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
