Shirley Jean Gresh73, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2006. Shirley was born on February 4, 1933. She was an honor student and graduate of Broad Ripple High School, class of 1951, and attended Indiana University, Bloomington. She worked at the United States Census Bureau for 27 years, retiring in 1999. Shirley is survived by daughters; Lynn Newkirk (Keith) and Lisa Gresh-Meils and son; Stephen Gresh, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, sister Judy Radez and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Northside Baptist Church, 3021 E. 71st Street. A memorial service will follow at 2:00. Memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church Youth Ministry.
