He was preceded in death by his father Virgil and a brother Bruce Crouch. He is survived by his mother Anna Mae Crouch; sister Lana Chrisman; brother Sherman Crouch; brother-in-law Frank Chrisman; nieces Elizabeth and Jacqueline Crouch; nephews Kevin Crouch, Zachary and Matthew Chrisman. Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, February 8, with visitation from 9 am at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, Allisonville Road Chapel. Burial will be in Willisburg, KY.
