Amanda Gene Kniffin, 41, Indianapolis, IN passed away January 3, 2019 at her home.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Kniffin; step-daughter, Amanda (Matt) Herron; mother, Terresa Leap; brother, James Leap (Sharon Walters); granddaughter, Violet Mae Herron; and her dog, Forrest.

Amanda was a huge animal lover, especially her dog Forrest. She always enjoyed rooting for the Chicago Cubs when they were playing. One of her favorite things was cooking, mainly for her husband Jim.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250.
