Donald L. Short (Don) of Noblesville, Indiana, lost his battle with cancer at home with his family by his side on April 24, 2019.

Don worked for Reeder Roofing for 37 years as a truck driver.  He enjoyed coaching his kids in sports and never missed a game.  He was an avid Bears fan and loved a good kitchen poker game.  He loved their place at Hickory Hills Campground where he enjoyed working security.  He made many wonderful friends down there.

He will be missed terribly by all of his friends and family.

Jim and I send our heartfelt condolences to Nancy and the family. Don was a hardworking, generous, kind and oh so funny man. We always enjoyed his company. We are both down with bad colds or would have come in person to pay out respects. We have many fond memories of him from his days at Reeder, the many nights of competition at the bowling alley and those crazy games of euchre. God speed, Don.

Chris and I send our deepest condolences to the Short Family during this difficult time. You will be missed, Don. Hickory Hills will never be the same without you!

    Rest in Peace.
