Rebecca Lynn Frank, of Carmel, Indiana, Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on July 25. 2019. She was born on May 23, 1981 to Dean and Rhonda Frank in Indianapolis, IN.
She loved the outdoors, being with animals of all kinds, free hand drawing, and always loved to be with family. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she touched.
Rebecca is survived by her daughter Evelyn, parents Dean and Rhonda Frank, sister Rachel Catron (Frank), brother Scott Frank, niece and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Charles and Maxine Gordon and Cleo and Mildred Frank.
A private celebration of life will be held in her honor.
You will never leave our hearts and will be forever missed.
